A professional and well-structured approach of a transaction offers the best chance of success. In consultation with our client we define the objectives and decide on a plan of action. Each transaction is different, and each transaction requires a tailor-made approach. We value open and clear communication with our client.

Erasmus Corporate Finance use a transparent fee structure. The first step is to discuss what your expectations are and what we can do for you. After that we will make a proposal outlining our co-operation.

For the valuation report, information memorandum and a “long list” of candidates a fixed fee may be agreed. We believe a thorough preparation in “phase one” will prevent problems in the negotiating stage; these may endanger the momentum of a transaction. In the negotiations phase an agreed fee is calculated on a hourly basis. At the closing of a  transaction a successfee applies, which is based on aa agreed percentage of the transaction value (or total consideration).
